#1. About PornFlip
PornFlip is a small yet enticing package from 2004. Think of it as a tube site that offers many videos free of charge. There are all sorts of porn here, from real homemade action to professional content in a multitude of categories. Treat your eyes to 18-year-old teen pornstars, mature wives, Asian babes, ebonies, anal, and interracial fetishes. Whatever you throw at PornFlip, it will flip to you in spades.
#2. First Impressions
PornFlip didn’t impress me with the load speed; it took at least 5 seconds for all images to finish loading. Instead of “dummy thumbnails,” you get a partially broken layout due to no images, which is the first load experience. It’s not great and felt out of place, like loading a webpage from years ago. So, I quickly scroll to the bottom to explore the other modern web features like a lazy load. Instead, I got stopped by the top trending pornstar's section with missing thumbnails for 3 out of 10 actresses. You’d think that those are unknown hoes, maybe? Well, why would they even appear in the trending section? That is my first question, but even then, the answer is now. That was Haley Ryder, Mick (full name Mick Blue), and Molly Mae.
Click on any video, and the experience goes from bad to fine, but that’s it. Despite the horrible auto-play setting, I’ve had time to mute the video before it woke my neighbors. Why did that happen? Because the pre-loading and/or initial streaming took another fine second. The seek bar also struggled to load thumbnails quickly, but at least PornFlip has them! Maybe it has something to do with my internet provider, but I haven’t seen a site so slow in a long time; I'm just saying.
#3. Content & User Experience
PornFlip doesn't state the exact number of videos it hosts (although we did try to find it out), but it's easily in the thousands. Regarding quality, users get everything from grainy to HD, with mostly a few adjustable options while watching. Streaming is smooth, but there are no options to download anything. Moreover, as you should expect, daily updates give you about a dozen new videos daily.
The overall design looks good, and the site is easy to use. There are casual browsing and search tools with an alphabetical list of categories, although users can also sort content by 'latest' and 'newest.' Anonymous visitors must become official members to upload videos, comment, and create favorites. Porn Flip also has a live cam section, but that leads to a different site. Sadly, pop-up ads and GIF banners can be distracting, especially if you watch porn videos in window mode. You can expect the same annoying pop-ups on other parts of the website, but that’s not the biggest PornFlip problem.
Overall, I’ve felt I was missing something, and that’s the load speeds to blame. Maybe it was a bad time to review PornFlip, but again, I’m just the voice of a casual porn user who wanted to fap. For now, go ahead and don’t be afraid to use other porn sites, preferably aggregators like PornMD.com or NudeVista.com to get the largest stream of free porn.
#4. Conclusion
PornFlip is not a big site, but it has a fine amount of content and a good enough variety of videos to cover most of your (brain's) porn desires. Sadly, it's like flipping a coin when you want to stream a video, as some low-quality (yet enticing) homemade scenes should be ditched or magically converted to HD. At least you get the latter from well-known adult movie studios.
