Created at the same time as most of the free porn sites (2004), PornHD is an excellent source of high-quality porn videos of any legit category. It might sound old-school due to the “HD” label, but don’t be limited in your thinking. PornHD.com hosts more than 1,000 Full HD videos with straight and lesbian action. Also, expect lots of great bondage and fetish scenes.
#2. First Impressions
There’s some finesse to the design of PornHD.com, which is beautiful. Layout loads almost immediately, and no intrusive ads get in your face when using AdBlock. What I don’t support, though, is gambling ads. It’s one of those “too addicting to advertise” things that can ruin people’s lives. For example, live thumbnails work, but that’s just a tiny video playing from the start, not a supercut of random bits from the whole video. If I wanted to stream porn from the beginning, I’d do it in a new window and full screen.

As with most free tube sites, you can expect to find thousands of videos on PornHD. Content quality is usually HD, although you can choose other options when streaming or downloading, while homemade-type videos might appear in standard or lower quality. Playback is fast, as well as scrolling through the video. The only slow part of PornHD is image loading. Yes, the “smallest” media files take ages to load, especially when scrolling down.
I should note beforehand that those who want to spend money can sign up for PornHD Prime and get more Full HD video quality videos, regular updates, and a larger variety of HD scenes. The mobile experience has become more user-friendly due to the lack of ads. Lastly, PornHD Premium enables access to more than 4,000 full-length videos. I don’t see many (if any) people buying that option since xVideos RED and PornHub Premium alternatives are 100x as good.
The media player is worth praising since there’s no lag or missing features. The interactive timeline immediately displays what you want to see without committing to a click, the design is simple, and the banners don’t flood your screen upon a pause. You might even stick to the site because of the media player alone. It’s not the best, but the bar has been so low recently that proper streaming implementation sounds like a massive win.
As for the videos, there are thousands of them, just like everywhere else. PornHD has geared towards best porn sites as opposed to unknown amateurs, so there’s more of the higher-quality content than just random dudes uploading dick pictures. You also have channels, quick access to pornstars, and so on. The video count is hidden in every part of the site, but in the actresses section, you must load the whole category to get the exact numbers.

PornHD lets visitors watch all the hottest studio porn scenes in quality up to 1080p without bothering with too many ads. Sadly, there is no gay or tranny content, but it's their own loss. More Full HD and a treasure trove of over 4,000 movies are reserved for premium members only.
